CoQ10 (50mg) contains vitamin E and selenium. Vitamin E and selenium are strong antioxidants that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. CoQ10 (50 mg) Plus also contains coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubiquinone and beta carotene.
